ABOUT CAROLIINE
After years of working as a prep and line cook, Caroline first arrived on set through a chance referral. She’s never left; styling food a serendipitous synthesis of her many passions.
Caroline’s food is always at the axis of approachable and aspirational, often transporting us to a familiar time and place. Her creative eye and expertise is evident in every detail. This extends to her own line of handmade ceramics, Sohn Maht, works of art crafted for everyday use steeped in Korean culinary tradition.
Whether working in-studio or out of a food trailer on the streets of Mexico City, Caroline is always excited to see where her next project will take her. To combat excessive waste in the industry, Caroline distributes the extra food on set to food banks and the unhoused through her Waste Not initiative.
